TEACH PIANOBATH

Please feel free to use Pianobath as part of your yoga class, retreat, wellbeing practice. As part of the terms and conditions (see below) please ensure you contact me initially to tell me how you’d like to use Pianobath, and make me aware of any future change of use. And that “Pianobath” website and Online membership is clearly communicated to your clients at the time you use it. For small and occasional usage of Pianobath, this is all that i ask. For regular and bigger usage, I have an “honesty box” approach to any financial contribution you’d like to make, obviously dependent on your income and the extent of using Pianobath in any project.

PIANOBATH TEACHERS’ LIBRARY

Below you’ll find the Library for teachers. This is different from the one for personal use on the “Library” page. I have removed intros and the koshi bells and broken it into smaller sections that can be incorporated singly or as your own combination into your class/workshop. All tracks are super high quality WAVs hosted on Soundcloud, but embedded here to stream on any device you have using the best quality speakers or sound dock you have. Below the Library is a PDF you can download, effectively your manual for using Pianobath. It includes scripts for the Meditations (so you can talk over the Pianobath music), guidelines for how to teach Toning, and ideas on how to offer mini or longer Pianobaths.

PIANOBATH FOR CHILDREN

age 6 years and upwards, £5 per adult or child

Our PIANOBATH for Children is especially designed for children aged 6 and upwards (and their adult/s). It’s held at the Shoreham Centre, lasts 1 hour, but the actual Pianobath is 45 minutes. Penny has hand-picked pieces that are engaging, varied and calming. The hypnotic, beautiful sounds help kids relax, connect and wind down, giving them a great wellbeing experience that stays with them long after the Pianobath. There are also some fun, dramatic pieces, too. Penny found that even the liveliest children seem to get engrossed in a PIANOBATH, but if you’ve any questions or worries please do email or call..Tickets are £5 for a yoga mat space or £5 for a seat.
