PIANOBATH… an immersive experience. A beautiful bath of sound. A wellbeing concert. A music meditation… Lie down at an event (or sit), be cocooned in surround sound, low lighting and candles. Or listen at home. Music designed for healing and wellness, but also for pure pleasure.
A soundbath typically uses gongs or singing bowls, with most participants lying down. Composer-pianist-singer Penny had her own idea… to blend her minimalist piano with melisma vocals (a hypnotic style used 3,000 years ago in ceremonies) and a beautifully composed soundtrack. Think Einaudi meets Enya and Deva Pramel, with a dash of Debussy.

Penny is an experienced composer, singer, pianist, qualified yoga teacher, lifecoach and reiki practitioner. Her home is a haven of peace and zen loveliness. This retreat is for women only, max 3 spaces, so it's both spacious and relaxing. Each retreat has a different intention, used actively in the 2 humming sessions. Our PIANOBATH for Women is at composer Penny’s gorgeous beach house on Shoreham Beach, West Sussex. We have yoga mats and blankets galore, but please bring your own to keep extra cosy if you wish. You’ll enjoy a relaxing and beautiful PIANOBATH followed by a very powerful PIANOBATH Humming Circle. NEW YEAR’S DAY 3-5PM
Live Pianobath music (piano, melisma vocals and soundtrack) at this beautiful candlelit Labyrinth event, Church of the Good Shepherd (Shoreham Beach, New Year’s Day 3-5pm). A Labyrinth is an archetypal spiral shape (laid out on the floor), and a contemplative walk, for prayer or meditation - in 3 stages: Release,Receive and Return. All absolutely welcome. PERSONAL PIANOBATH

Our PERSONAL PIANOBATH is for women only. An incredibly powerful one-to-one healing session In Penny’s beautiful, calm Shoreham Beach house, Penny will customise your very own PIANOBATH, drawing from her experience as a life coach, reiki practitioner but, mostly, using forms of sound healing with piano, soundtrack and melisma vocals. Before you arrive, she will ask you to choose an intention for the session - see a list to help you decide in her Intentions blog. Then, after an initial chat and lovely herbal tea, Penny will combine her PIANOBATH and a unique VOCALBATH to facilitate deep healing based on your intention, (for example, bringing in love, peace of mind, forgiveness, perfect health etc). An exquisite experience with a down-to-earth vibe. If you’ve any questions, please do email or call her.
