An immersive experience. A beautiful bath of sound. A music meditation.
Lie down at an event or Live Stream in your own home. Slow down and find your centre in the mesmerising music – designed for healing and wellbeing, but also for pure pleasure.
A soundbath typically uses gongs or singing bowls, with most participants lying down. Composer-pianist-singer Penny had her own idea… to blend her unique minimalist piano with melisma vocals (a hypnotic style used 3,000 years ago in ceremonies) and ambient sounds.

Day Retreat

10.10 - choice of herbal teas and set our intention - this retreat is FORGIVENESS
10.30 - gentle yoga (hatha) and stretching
11.10 - gentle breathwork
11.30 - Pianobath guided meditation
12.00 - Full Pianobath
1.00 Lunch - please bring your own. Peartree well water and herbal teas provided.
1.30 Sauna - with eucalyptus oil - humming session - Cold Pod (cold water dipping or sea dip just 3 mins away)
3.00 Herbal teas and option to share
3.30pm End of retreat
Penny is an experienced composer, singer, pianist, qualified yoga teacher, lifecoach and reiki practitioner. Her home is a haven of peace and zen loveliness. This retreat is for women only, max 5 spaces, so it's both spacious and relaxing. Each retreat has a different intention, used actively in the 2 humming sessions. Our PIANOBATH for Women is at composer Penny’s gorgeous beach house on Shoreham Beach, West Sussex, held monthly. We have yoga mats and blankets galore, but please bring your own to keep extra cosy if you wish. You’ll enjoy a relaxing and beautiful PIANOBATH followed by a very powerful Humming Circle at the end to energise and restore you. Low lighting, candles and strawberry tea.
